Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from contractors that can provide cellular service for three Android phones for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. The service should include unlimited voice minutes, text messages, and data usage, as well as unlimited nights and weekends, mobile-to-mobile, and email/internet access. The contractor should also provide toll-free customer support and a dedicated account representative. The period of performance shall consist of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.
• The contractor must provide reliable 5G and/or back-up cellular network technology.
• The contractor must provide unlimited talk, text, and data plans.
• The contractor must provide service to SIM cards for 3 smartphones.
• The contractor must provide a dedicated account representative who will communicate at least monthly with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• The contractor must provide toll-free customer support and service 24 hours per day, 365 days per year at no additional charge.
