Description
Massport is seeking to create a pool of pre‑qualified catering vendors to provide corporate catering (breakfast, lunch, desserts, and beverages) on an as‑needed basis at multiple Massport facilities, including Logan Airport, Fish Pier, Conley Terminal, Flynn Cruise Port, Hanscom Field, and Worcester Regional Airport. Vendors must submit all‑inclusive per‑person or per‑item pricing, comply with food‑safety and licensing requirements, and be able to service locations Monday‑Saturday, 7 am‑7 pm. The contract term is two years with up to three optional one‑year renewals; there is no guaranteed order volume.
• Service coverage across seven Massport sites in MA
• Required all‑inclusive pricing (delivery, labor, taxes, etc.)
• Minimum 24‑hour advance notice for orders, 2‑hour confirmation window
• Must meet food‑safety, sustainability, and dietary‑accommodation standards
• Evaluation based on responsiveness, price, menu suitability, experience, and compliance.
