OCC-26-179 AES Ohio Revenue Requirements Expert

The Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) is seeking a qualified independent contractor to provide technical assistance in determining the appropriate revenue requirement for AES Ohio's multi-year distribution rate cases. The selected contractor will be responsible for analyzing the impact of significant data center load growth on AES Ohio's investments and expenses. The contractor will need to evaluate how AES Ohio and PUCO Staff are addressing the data center investment and cost issues in this case and ensure that all investments and costs associated with data center load growth are paid for by the data centers.
