HR Advisory Service

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is seeking a vendor to provide HR advisory services, including HR research and trends, templates and tools, training content and downloadable resources, and guides and best practices. The selected vendor will provide a subscription-based service that supports the development of new resources to align people, processes, and technology to achieve excellence in service delivery. The contract will be for an initial term of one year, with two optional one-year renewal terms. • The vendor must have at least four years of experience providing HR advisory services substantially similar in scope to those described in the solicitation. • The vendor must provide proof of experience and qualifications. • The vendor must propose fully loaded, firm, fixed prices or hourly rates that are inclusive of all costs of performance. • The vendor must provide a detailed proposal that includes a description of the services to be provided, pricing, and other relevant information.
