Description
The U.S. Tri-Mission in Rome, Italy is seeking a catering service for an event to be held on June 26th, 2026, at Villa Richardson, U.S. Ambassador’s Residence to the Holy See, in Rome, Italy. The event is expected to have approximately 900 participants. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services as required in the contract. The Government will make payment in local currency (Euro). The contract will be a firm fixed price type purchase order.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting an offer.
• The contractor must provide evidence of licenses and permits required by local law.
• The contractor must provide a list of clients over the past five years, demonstrating prior experience with relevant past performance information and references.
• The contractor must provide a strategic plan for the execution of the project.
• The contractor must provide a report from the Bank of Italy Central Credit Register stating all credit lines and loan facilities granted by Banks to the Company.
• The contractor must provide evidence of a valid Certificate of Insurance(s) for civil liability.
