Description
The Township of East Brunswick is seeking a cloud-based faxing and secured email services solution. The solution must provide a secure cloud fax platform that eliminates the need for analog lines and fax hardware, and enable seamless, compliant faxing. The email platform must be designed for safe, encrypted sharing of sensitive documents and information, and ensure that sensitive information remains encrypted and protected from unauthorized access. The contractor must provide a quotation for a three-year period, and the contract will commence on May 1, 2026, and expire on April 30, 2029.
• The solution must support the Township's IT security requirements, including HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
• The solution must provide encryption in transit and at rest, double encryption feature, 2-factor authentication for recipients, ephemeral storage, completed audit trail, and automatic virus file scanning.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance naming the Township as additionally insured, and evidencing the existence of required insurance prior to the commission of work.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Local Public Contracts Law and the Sales and Use Tax Act.
