Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking bids for the Quetech Annual Support Plan, which provides annual server hosting services for the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS). The selected respondent will be required to provide services including installing the WorkStudy+ data collection app on up to 200 iOS/Android devices and the desktop WorkStudy+ Excel analysis add-in on an unlimited number of Windows PCs. The contract term is expected to start on the date of award and end on October 31, 2028, with one renewal option.

• The respondent must comply with the DFPS Vendor Uniform Terms and Conditions and DFPS Vendor Supplemental and Special Conditions.
