The Indian Health Service (IHS) Wagner Health Center is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing annual help‑desk support, maintenance, and software updates for the Dentrix Enterprise electronic dental record (EDR) system. The effort will be a firm‑fixed‑price, non‑personal service contract covering the full calendar year of 2027, with work performed remotely during normal business hours (Mon‑Fri 8 am‑8 pm) and occasional on‑site coordination at the Wagner facility in South Dakota. The contractor must comply with HIPAA and the Privacy Act, deliver monthly usage reports on demand, and attend scheduled conference calls with the Contracting Officer’s Representative.
