TANGOE Telecom Expense Management System SP w SS Conditions

The State of Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance, application hosting, and services related to telecommunications billing, provisioning, and inventory for the DoIT's Telecom Expense Management System (EMS). The contract is for a small purchase with sole source conditions. The vendor will be required to provide these services for a period of 3 months. The State is looking for a vendor that can provide these services in an efficient and effective manner. • The vendor must be able to provide maintenance, application hosting, and services related to telecommunications billing, provisioning, and inventory. • The vendor must be able to provide these services for a period of 3 months. • The vendor must be able to provide these services in an efficient and effective manner. • The vendor must be able to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, ordinances, regulations, orders, and license and permit requirements. • The vendor must be able to provide a certificate of insurance naming the State as an additional insured. • The vendor must be able to provide a warranty for the supplies and services provided.
