Description
The Delaware Department of Labor, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation is seeking a comprehensive case management system and related support services to enhance operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve client outcomes. The system must support individualized service planning, case documentation, financial tracking, communication between staff and partners, and performance reporting. It must be scalable, secure, and accessible across all service regions within the State of Delaware. The selected vendor will provide a high-quality, configurable case management system and professional services for implementation, maintenance, and support.
• The system must support individualized planning, case documentation, eligibility tracking, financial authorizations, service delivery tracking, and outcome reporting.
• The system should be accessible via a secure, web-based interface and support multiple user roles with role-based permissions.
• Configurability is required to align workflows, forms, and business rules with DVR's policies and federal vocational rehabilitation requirements.
• The platform must include built-in audit trails, electronic signatures, and document management capabilities.
• The system must allow DVR staff to generate ad hoc and scheduled reports compliant with RSA and other state/federal reporting requirements.
