Description
The Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area (WSRCA) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits Brokerage Services. The selected vendor will provide comprehensive integrated or modular Human Resources Services, including core human resources and compliance, payroll administration, employee benefits brokerage, performance management system, and learning management system. The vendor will also accurately assess WSRCA's benefit options to provide the best coverage options and price value.
The key services to be provided include:
• Core Human Resources and Compliance
• Payroll Administration
• Employee Benefits Brokerage (Health & Retirement)
• Performance Management System
• Learning Management System (LMS)
The contract will be for a one-year period, with the option to renew annually for up to four additional one-year periods.
