The North Kansas City School District is seeking responses from vendors for a School Health Records and Charting Software system. The system should align with applicable student health documentation standards, data privacy and security requirements, and best practices for school-based health services. The vendor should provide an introduction to their company, a description of their experience providing electronic health records and student health charting software, and supporting documentation demonstrating how the proposed system meets the requirements. The vendor should also provide detailed information regarding system functionality, professional development, implementation training, and onboarding support. Some key features of the system include student visit documentation, medication administration tracking, care plans, immunization records, health screenings, reporting, and data analytics. • The system should be able to provide student health records and charting solutions for K-12 school districts. • The system should align with applicable student health documentation standards, data privacy and security requirements, and best practices for school-based health services. • The vendor should provide professional development, implementation training, and onboarding support to district staff. • The system should include features such as student visit documentation, medication administration tracking, care plans, immunization records, health screenings, reporting, and data analytics. • The vendor should provide a list of at least three reference accounts currently using the proposed health records and charting software in a K-12 setting.
