Description
The US Air Force is seeking information for market research purposes for the maintenance and repair of the SiRcom Giant Voice system at Offutt Air Force Base in Nebraska. The system consists of seven solar-powered giant voice poles, two control terminals, and associated accessory items. The contractor will be required to provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services, including corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as software updates. The period of performance will be for one year with the potential for two option years.
• The contractor must provide remote and on-site support to resolve system issues.
• The contractor must conduct scheduled preventive maintenance inspections at least twice per calendar year.
• The contractor must perform all necessary software updates to the SiRcom SMART Alert Software.
• The contractor must ensure that all engineers and technicians performing work under this contract are factory-certified.
