Metro Nashville seeks a fully integrated, cloud‑or hybrid‑hosted Point‑of‑Sale and registration platform that will manage onsite and online admissions, facility reservations, program enrollment, payments, inventory, and reporting across all Metro Parks. The solution must support standard POS hardware, comply with PCI‑DSS, provide robust security, and integrate with Metro’s accounting system. The contract includes software licensing, implementation, training, and 5‑year ongoing support.
• Core POS functions: multi‑payment types, refunds, gift‑cards, inventory, audit trails.
• Facility reservation & program management with real‑time calendars, wait‑lists, electronic waivers.
• Public customer portal for online registration, e‑commerce, and mobile access, meeting ADA standards.
• Integration with Metro’s financial systems, custom reporting, dashboards, and 24/7 technical support.
• Mandatory deliverables: implementation services, training, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
