The U.S. Department of the Interior’s Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the Brackish Groundwater National Desalination Research Facility (BGNDRF) in Alamogordo, NM. The work includes twice‑weekly cleaning of approximately 5,740 sq ft of office, laboratory, restroom, and test‑bay areas, as well as periodic deep‑cleaning tasks and supply management, under a one‑year base period with two one‑year options. The contract is a total small‑business set‑aside (100 %) and will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quotation offers the best value based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
• Twice‑weekly cleaning covering waste removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitizing, break‑room upkeep, and surface cleaning.
• Optional services such as exterior glass cleaning, carpet shampoo, deep tile cleaning, and event‑specific cleaning priced separately.
• Mandatory quality‑control plan, quarterly progress reports, and strict performance metrics; all personnel must hold valid SAM registrations and meet background‑investigation requirements.
