Furnish and Manage 150th Anniversary Festival Event

Texas A&M University is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish and manage a turn-key festival event in celebration of the university's 150th anniversary. The event will take place on the College Station campus and will be open to the general public. The successful respondent will be responsible for all aspects of the festival, including planning and coordination, equipment provision, food and beverage, staffing and operations, ticket sales, and safety and compliance. • The festival will run for a full weekend from Friday through Sunday in May 2026. • The respondent will be required to provide a detailed plan for the festival, including site logistics, equipment, staffing, and marketing. • The respondent will also be required to provide references and pricing information. • The university reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
