KSU - Fireworks and Pyrotechnics for Athletics and Other University Events

Kennesaw State University is seeking a supplier to provide fireworks and pyrotechnics for athletic events and other university celebrations. The supplier will be responsible for providing high-quality, state-of-the-art fireworks displays, including aerial shows, low-level effects, pyrotechnic special effects, and on-field displays. The contract will be for a period of one year, with four optional one-year renewals. The supplier must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations governing the use of fireworks and provide proof of insurance. • The supplier must have experience in providing similar services to higher education institutions. • The supplier must be able to provide a detailed plan for delivering fireworks displays and pyrotechnic effects. • The supplier must be able to provide proof of qualifications and certifications for their team members. • The supplier must be able to provide a comprehensive explanation of their safety protocols and procedures. • The supplier must be able to provide references from previous clients.
