(RFP) Fabrication & Installation of Wayfinding Signage

Henry County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide fabrication and installation services for the wayfinding signage project. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and services necessary in the performance of this RFP. The project includes the design, fabrication, and installation of wayfinding signage. The Contractor must comply with all applicable rules and regulations of local, state, and national codes, laws, and ordinances. The Contractor must also provide a Statement of Warranty, which includes all applicable manufacturers' warranty and the Contractor's warranty in regards to equipment, materials, and workmanship. • The Contractor must have a current valid license from the State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors, unless specifically exempted from holding such license pursuant to Georgia law. • The Contractor must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. • The Contractor must provide a drug-free workplace certification. • The Contractor must indemnify, save, and hold harmless Henry County and its elected and appointed officers, employees, servants, and agents from all claims, damages, lawsuits, costs, and expenses. • The Contractor must provide a detailed Schedule of Values for the requested services, which shall equal the lump sum total and shall be attached to each cost proposal form.
