RFP 26-R02 State Route (SR) 29 Comprehensive Multimodal Corridor Plan Update

The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) is seeking a consultant to update the State Route (SR) 29 Comprehensive Multimodal Corridor Plan. The plan update will maintain the existing geographic limits of the 2020 CMCP, include additional public engagement and outreach, update baseline data where available, and reflect updated state guidance. The consultant team should consist of a transportation engineering and planning firm engaged in multi-modal planning, congestion management, transportation technology, and traffic modeling. The final deliverables must be completed and submitted to NVTA no later than May 14, 2027. • The consultant will conduct a kick-off meeting with the project management team to review the scope of work and discuss expectations. • The consultant will identify key stakeholder groups, including affected tribes, local neighborhood and community organizations, and business groups. • The consultant will conduct public meetings to collect input from the public and present the draft plan. • The consultant will develop plan components, including evaluating the 2020 CMCP and initial public input to develop a strategy to update plan chapters. • The consultant will provide a final comprehensive multimodal corridor plan update.
