Description
The Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to provide 500 Dell Pro Thunderbolt 4 Smart Dock WD25TB4 units as part of the FC0001831-DELL-FY26 Refresh project. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Dell and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The equipment must be delivered to the Maryland Department of Information Technology in Crownsville, MD. The contract will be awarded to the Master Contractor whose proposal is determined to be the most advantageous to the State, considering price and evaluation factors.
* The project requires the replacement of antiquated systems used by a special unit with new hardware.
* The contractor must provide product specifications, including model numbers and quantities.
* The contractor must also provide installation services, if applicable.
* The contract has a small business reserve designation, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to submit a bid.
* The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to mercury affidavits and extended warranties.
