The South Huntington Union Free School District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive repair, maintenance, and emergency response services for its boiler and burner equipment across 48 participating school districts in Suffolk County. The work includes troubleshooting, parts replacement, new installations, and routine preventive maintenance, with strict response times for emergencies (2 hours) and non‑emergencies (24 hours). All labor must be performed by licensed personnel, and the contractor must comply with prevailing‑wage, safety, and NY‑specific regulatory requirements.
