Description
The Cleveland Community College is seeking quotes from qualified HVAC contractors to provide annual preventive maintenance services for the College’s central plant equipment. The services shall cover the chillers and cooling tower, including testing, inspecting, cleaning, aligning, calibrating, tightening, adjusting, lubricating, and replacing parts as necessary. The contractor shall also provide maintenance documentation, assign dedicated technicians, and provide annual utility benchmarking and capital planning support.
• The equipment to be covered includes chillers and cooling towers from various manufacturers.
• The contractor shall perform one scheduled preventive maintenance visit per year for all equipment.
• Repairs, parts replacements, special service calls, duct cleaning, and controls maintenance are excluded from the scope.
• The contractor shall coordinate equipment shutdowns with the College and provide safe and timely access to equipment areas.
• The College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotes and to award in the best interest of the College.
