Description
The City of Austin is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive commercial moving and relocation services for its various departments. The contract will cover all labor, materials, equipment, and interim storage needed for office moves within the Greater Austin area, including packing, disassembly/reassembly of furniture, handling of audio‑visual and IT equipment, and post‑move inventory tracking. The award will be made to the lowest responsive bid, with local and small‑business discounts applied. The contract term is an initial 36 months with two optional 12‑month extensions, and the contractor must maintain a fleet of appropriately sized vehicles, qualified supervisors, and a workforce with at least five years of commercial moving experience.
