Mobile telephone services

The U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan is seeking a contractor to provide mobile telephone services. The contractor will be responsible for providing complete mobile telephone services, including calls within Kazakhstan, international calls, international roaming, mobile internet, and other services. The contractor will also be required to provide a detailed coverage map, access to online personal cabinets, and detailed billing information. The contract will be for a one-year period with the option to renew for an additional year. The Government intends to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although discussions may be held if necessary. • The contractor must provide mobile telephone services to the U.S. Embassy in Kazakhstan. • The contractor must provide a detailed coverage map and ensure that the connection is of the highest quality possible. • The contractor must provide access to online personal cabinets and detailed billing information. • The contractor must ensure that the network is secure and that all information is protected. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a plan for devices that have international roaming enabled.
