Description
The Statewide Procurement Division (SPD) is seeking travel agency services to provide travel arrangements for all Texas state agencies, higher education institutions, and Texas SmartBuy members. The selected contractor will be required to provide a range of services, including airline ticketing, car rental, hotel reservations, and group travel planning. The contract will have an initial term of two years, with the option to renew for up to three additional one-year periods. The contractor will be expected to provide excellent customer service, meet specific service requirements, and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation.
