Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing a pre-solicitation notice of intent to award a sole source contract for radiation physicist services. The services will be performed for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System (PVAHS) and will include specialized diagnostic radiation physics consulting services to ensure the safety, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity of VASNHCS imaging services. The anticipated Period of Performance is April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2030.
• The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract with a base year and four option years.
• The services will include radiation safety oversight, equipment performance evaluations, and expert regulatory support.
• Interested firms may submit a written statement of interest and capability to the Contracting Officer within 14 calendar days of the publication.
• The Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in preparing or submitting a response to this notice.
