On Call Moving and Relocation Services for Temporary Shelter Structures

The City of Portland is seeking bids for on-call moving and relocation services for temporary shelter structures within and between City shelter sites. The successful contractor(s) will provide hourly pricing for labor, necessary equipment, and traffic control services to relocate 20-foot to 53-foot Conex containers and 8x8 to 8x16 Tiny Homes. The bid opening date is December 22, 2025, at 4:00 PM PST. • The City is looking for contractors who can provide relocation services for temporary shelter structures. • The contractor must be able to provide hourly pricing for labor, equipment, and traffic control services. • The contractor must be able to relocate Conex containers and Tiny Homes of various sizes. • The bid must include a unit price for each item listed in the bid tabulation. • The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
