Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

The City of Decatur, Georgia is seeking a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to be implemented across all city departments and employee groups. The system should provide core HR and employee records, timekeeping and attendance, payroll processing or integration, leave management, recruiting and applicant tracking, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, reporting and analytics, and learning management system capabilities. The system must be cloud-based, user-friendly, and able to integrate with existing systems.
