Description
The Florida Department of Elder Affairs is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide hotel lodging, accommodations, and meeting space for the LTCOP Statewide Training. The selected vendor will be required to provide rooms that are non-smoking and clean with functioning heat/air conditioning, plumbing, and television, and have at least a four-star rating on TripAdvisor. The vendor will also be required to accommodate an estimated 200 training attendees and provide a secure storage room for the Department's equipment and materials. The contract will be for a fixed rate, and the Department will compensate the successful bidder for the delivery of commodities and services as specified in the Price Page attachment.
• The bid must include a completed Price Page attachment.
• The bid must include a completed Bidder's Contact Information and Certification attachment.
• The bid must include a completed Certification of a Drug Free Workplace Program form, if applicable.
• The bid must be submitted electronically to [email protected].
• The bid must be received by the submission deadline date and time.
• The bid must be signed and dated by an authorized representative of the bidder.
