Develop a new California Career Passport Platform

The Foothill‑De Anza Community College District, in partnership with the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, is seeking proposals to design, develop, and operate a statewide digital credential wallet (“Career Passport”) that lets learners store, manage, and share verified academic, workforce, licensing, and other credentials. The procurement is phased: an innovation concept and pilot‑readiness package (Phase 1), a 10‑week pilot demonstration (Phase 2), and a full‑scale production contract (Phase 3) lasting up to five years.
