RFP NO. 26-18 Custodial Services

The City of Huntsville is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive custodial services for various city facilities. The services shall include light dusting, floor care, trash removal, cleaning and disinfecting doors, restrooms, conference rooms, and other common areas, with daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirements. The contract term is from the award date through September 30, 2027, with four one-year renewal options. The city reserves the right to modify the dates as necessary. • The vendor shall provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services. • The vendor shall ensure that all personnel are properly trained and supervised. • The vendor shall maintain accurate records of all services performed. • The vendor shall be responsible for ensuring that all services are performed in a safe and efficient manner. • The vendor shall be responsible for providing all necessary insurance coverage. • The vendor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and city policies.
