Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to inspect fire dampers at the Jennifer Moreno VA Medical Center in San Diego, California. The contractor will be required to inspect 163 dampers on the La Jolla Campus by December 31, 2025, in accordance with National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA) standards. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, tools, supervision, materials, and equipment to complete the inspection.
• The inspection must be completed by December 31, 2025
• The contractor must supply all labor, tools, supervision, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the inspection
• The contractor must submit C16 Fire Protection Contractor Certification, and asbestos & fit test certifications with proposal
• The VA San Diego Healthcare System will provide the previous inspection report
