The University seeks a full upgrade of its dispatch console system, including new workstations, headsets, networking gear, radio gateway hardware, software licenses, installation services, and a multi‑year maintenance and support contract. The award will cover delivery, installation, warranty, and ongoing 24/7 support for the integrated communications solution. • Provide hardware: MAX workstations, dual‑monitor setups, headsets, microphones, UPS, networking switches, and Zetron radio gateway equipment. • Supply software: MAX Dispatch Base Software, Event Replay, Radio Gateway licensing, Z‑Node Manager, and related licenses. • Deliver installation, integration with existing radios, and 1‑year warranty plus a 4‑year 24/7 maintenance contract. • All items must be shipped FOB Destination to the university in Starkville, MS, and bids can be submitted via BULLY BUY or sealed envelope.
