Budget estimate

$500,000 – $1,000,000

The contract will cover both personnel costs (licensed respiratory therapists) and consumable supplies (oxygen concentrators, liquid oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP devices, etc.). Assuming an average of 2‑3 full‑time therapists (≈ $80,000 – $120,000 each annually) plus equipment fees (≈ $200,000 – $300,000) and oxygen consumables (≈ $100,000 – $200,000), the total annual spend for a 202‑bed SNF is likely in the $500,000 to $1,000,000 range. The low end reflects minimal staffing and lower equipment utilization; the high end reflects full staffing, premium weekend/holiday rates, and higher oxygen usage.
