Description
The State of California, Department of General Services, Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) is seeking a contractor to replace, implement, and provide ongoing support for a modern Case Management System (CMS). The contractor will be required to work on-site at OAH Headquarters in Sacramento, CA, with occasional work at other regional offices within the State of California. The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-proposal conference. The project includes nine phases of deliverables, and the contractor must ensure all necessary personnel and resources are in place to begin project activities within five business days of the contract start date.
• The project requires a hybrid model, combining both off-site and on-site work.
• The contractor must provide all required Maintenance and Operations (M&O) services at no cost to the State until the start of year 4 if implementation is completed early.
• The contractor must ensure continuity of service and project timelines are maintained.
• The State reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the contractor is unable to provide contractual services and mutually agreed upon acceptable replacement staff are not provided within ten working days.
