Description
The US Army Materiel Command is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for fire extinguishers at USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. The contract will be a hybrid Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials (T&M) contract with a three-year period of performance. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and supplies to perform the work.
• The contractor will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of fire extinguishers, including hydrostatic tests, operating instruction labels, and fire extinguisher inspection tags.
• The contractor will also be required to provide purchase and delivery of portable fire extinguishers and spare parts.
• The contract will include options for additional work, including the disposal of fire extinguishers and the purchase of spare parts.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and occupational safety.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror who submits an offer that meets the requirements of the solicitation and has the lowest total evaluated price.
