Description
Regional Transit Authority (RTA) of New Orleans is seeking a qualified safety and environmental consulting firm to conduct comprehensive Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) across multiple transit‑related job classifications and to perform noise and air‑quality monitoring for selected work sites. The consultant must deliver detailed JHA reports, noise/air assessment reports, executive summaries, and optional presentation decks, all complying with OSHA, NIOSH, and related standards. The work requires a project manager with CIH and CSP certifications, and the evaluation will weight technical approach, qualifications, and cost. No subcontracting opportunities are provided, and DBE participation is not required for this contract.
