Rowan University is seeking a qualified telecommunications carrier to provide full‑service voice solutions across three data‑center locations. The contract requires one SIP trunk and one PRI circuit per site, supporting a combined 300 simultaneous SIP calls, 13,500 SIP DIDs, 500 PRI DIDs, and seven toll‑free numbers, with E911, VLAN tagging, and redundancy (physical‑path and head‑end diversity). The university will supply the Cisco CUBE; the vendor must manage migration, port‑in/out, and ongoing service for a base period of two years with up to three one‑year renewals.
