Description
The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is seeking a contractor to provide telecommunication landline support and hardware repair services. The contractor will be required to perform system resets and restores, conduct diagnostic assessments, provide repairs and adjustments, and offer technical support and consultation. The contractor must be located regionally and be able to assist within 2-3 days, unless otherwise scheduled, excluding holidays, in the event of an emergency. The contract will be for a period of one year, with options to extend.

* System resets and restores following power outages or other disruptions
* Diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve system malfunctions
* Repairs and adjustments to ensure continued functionality of telephone switches and equipment
* Technical support and consultation regarding system performance and maintenance best practices
* Maintenance of availability for "As Needed" service calls across all 6 buildings
