Description
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a qualified vendor to modernize its MOVEit platform, which is used for secure file exchanges. The objective of this RFQ is to upgrade the unsupported infrastructure components, migrate the MS SQL Server database to Amazon RDS, and eliminate unnecessary infrastructure components. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing a detailed project plan, installing and configuring the new environment, migrating the MOVEit platform, and providing training and support. The vendor must demonstrate proven experience in delivering similar projects, particularly in highly available, enterprise, or public sector environments.
• The MOVEit platform is currently hosted in AWS on Windows servers and supports approximately 7,500 users and 430 customer endpoints.
• The vendor must ensure that the new environment meets the Commonwealth's security and governance standards.
• The vendor must provide a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• The vendor must ensure that the migration process does not disrupt the current file exchange services.
• The vendor must provide training and support to the Commonwealth's staff on the new environment.
