Description
The State of South Carolina Judicial Branch is seeking a vendor to supply complete portable courtroom microphone kits and associated replacement components. Bids will be evaluated solely on the total price for a complete kit; unit prices for individual parts are required for future spare‑part purchases but are not evaluated. All freight, shipping, handling, and delivery charges must be included in the prices, and kits must be shipped as bundled units within the stipulated delivery window. The contract may extend up to five years with optional one‑year renewals.
• Supply of fully assembled portable courtroom microphone kits (estimated 100 kits for evaluation) and individual components for spares.
• Provide a single total price per kit and unit prices for each component; evaluation based on total kit price only.
• Must ship complete kits (no partial kits) within 20 calendar days of PO issuance; all shipping costs bundled in the price.
• Preference may be given to South Carolina‑resident vendors and US‑made products per state procurement code.
