Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide a comprehensive digital signage and interactive screen system with multimedia patient education capabilities. The system should include cloud-managed digital signage capability, customizable content delivery, multimedia patient education resources, centralized administration, and remote management capability. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, software, licensing, connectivity, installation, maintenance, technical support, and training. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option periods, and the contractor must ensure that all equipment and services remain fully operational throughout the performance period. Key requirements include:
• Approximately 230 digital display screens
• Cloud-hosted content management capability
• Wireless connectivity for system operation
• Multimedia patient education library
• Centralized content distribution capability
• Technical support and help desk services
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• System monitoring and uptime management
• Training for Government personnel
The contractor must also comply with all applicable Federal, VA, OSHA, FCC, State, and local laws, regulations, policies, and standards.
