Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide an on-net solution for multiple agencies at 1 South Street. The solution includes the provision of network communication equipment, installation, and training services. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer Ciena. The contract will be awarded to a responsive and responsible Master Contractor that provides the most advantageous offer considering the price and evaluation factors.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables.
• The contractor must include a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
• The contractor must provide a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manufacturer or distributor if requested.
• The contractor must comply with the requirements of COMAR 21.05.13.06.
