HVAC Services

The City of Napa is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide HVAC services for City facilities. The selected proposer will be awarded a multi-year agreement to provide routine preventive maintenance and as-needed repair services for the City's HVAC systems. The services will include scheduled inspections, cleaning and replacement of filters, inspection and tightening of electrical connections, lubrication of moving parts, and identification and reporting of potential issues or code compliance concerns. The contractor will be required to perform all work in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local codes and industry standards. Some key points to consider: * The initial contract term is tentatively scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect through June 30, 2029, unless otherwise terminated. * The contractor must hold and maintain at least one of the following California Contractor's Licenses: A - General Engineering or B - General Construction or C20 - Warm-Air Heating, Ventilating and Air-Conditioning Contractor. * The contractor will be required to provide a written estimate for any repair services that are needed outside of the maintenance services, and will be required to obtain written authorization from the City's Authorized Representative before performing any repair services. * The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to cancel or postpone the RFP or the services at any time.
