Description
The Oregon Department of Revenue is seeking a vendor to deploy Project Server Subscription Edition and migrate their current Project Online configuration to Project Server Subscription Edition. The scope of services includes installation, configuration, and deployment of Project Server Subscription Edition, as well as migration of the current Project Online environment, including data and processes. The vendor will also provide post-implementation support, including monthly support and helpline services. The contract will be awarded based on the "Best Value" for the State, taking into account price, experience, and ability to meet the requirements outlined in the RFQ.
• The vendor must provide a quote for the services, including pricing for a Rapid PPM installation, maintenance, and optional portfolio manager.
• The vendor must have experience in deploying and migrating Project Server Subscription Edition and Project Online.
• The vendor must be able to meet the requirements outlined in the RFQ, including the ability to migrate the current Project Online environment and provide post-implementation support.
