Description
The City of Springfield is seeking qualifications from Architecture/Engineering professionals to provide feasibility, survey, and design services for school food service projects. The selected firm will be responsible for providing professional services for a group of school building alteration projects to improve food service areas. The services will include feasibility studies, preliminary design, potential final project design, and construction administration.
The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts.
• The RFQ documents and specifications will be available beginning November 12, 2025, through the City’s website.
• All questions regarding this bid or its specifications must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement no later than November 19, 2025, by 4:30 P.M.
• The City of Springfield reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
