Description
The Town of Ludlow is seeking proposals for the operation of the food and drink concession at Westover Municipal Golf Course. The successful proposer will enter into a three-year lease agreement and will be responsible for providing goods, equipment, and personnel necessary to serve the public during the golf season. The proposer must have at least three years of experience in offering concessions or food and beverage operations and must demonstrate financial solvency. The proposal will be evaluated based on criteria such as years of experience, financial solvency, staff qualifications, and demonstrated understanding of the golf course's need for quality dining options at affordable prices.
• The lease agreement will be for a term of three golf seasons over a three-year period.
• The successful proposer will have the exclusive right to operate the refreshment stands and sell food, beverages, and catering meals.
• The proposer must maintain insurance coverage, including public liability, bodily injury, and property damage.
• The proposer must comply with all pertinent Town, State, and Federal laws.
