Description
The Township of East Brunswick is seeking proposals for the operation of the food concession at Crystal Springs Family Waterpark. The successful proposer will be responsible for managing the concession, including food preparation, sales, and customer service. The concession is expected to provide a variety of food and beverage options to park visitors. Proposers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.
• The concession will be located at Crystal Springs Family Waterpark in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
• Proposers must submit their proposals on the standard proposal forms included with the specifications.
• Proposals must be delivered in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the RFP title name, and addressed to the Township of East Brunswick Municipal Clerk.
• Respondents bear all responsibility for timely delivery of their proposals.
