The Caddo Parish School Board is seeking a comprehensive Video Management System to replace its existing “Exaqvision” platform. The contract covers design, hardware, cloud‑hosted software, cameras, storage, analytics, integration with existing security infrastructure, training, documentation, and a minimum five‑year warranty. Proposals must include a lump‑sum cost, detailed technical solution, implementation schedule (6‑9 months), and demonstrate relevant experience.
• Cloud‑hosted VMS (e.g., Avigilon Alta) with on‑premises storage + cloud backup, supporting up to 200 cameras per appliance.
• Minimum 45‑day video retention, analytics (gun detection, LPR, facial recognition) on all cameras, and integration with Motorola radios, Rave Mass Notification, and Triton sensors.
• Estimated 6,500 software licenses; warranty ≥ 5 years for hardware/software, 1 year for support; contract term 1 year with possible extensions.
