Description
The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to provide HVAC maintenance services at the Leadville Water Treatment Plant in Lake County, Colorado. The contractor will be responsible for performing monthly and quarterly preventive maintenance tasks, as well as responding to corrective maintenance requests. The contract will have a base period of one year, with four option years. The contractor must have experience with HVAC maintenance and be able to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment.
• The contractor must be able to perform work at heights and in confined spaces.
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed maintenance schedule and adhere to it.
• The contractor must be able to respond to emergency situations and provide timely repairs.
• The contractor must be able to provide all necessary tools and equipment.
• The contractor must be able to provide a qualified team of technicians and supervisors.
